Assassin/Ninja Help I need a roulette build

So i got that pretty boi today and i would like to try it out.

I need decent ehp to feel ok on raids. The only restriction is no super expensive mythic boots

 

roulette is bad use black

 

At least i want to see build in a builder.

roulette doesnt have powder slots so you cant use courage or curse and has no mana steal like black
