I lost my emerald pouch with 4 LEs in it after a quest bug

I was doing the "Kingdom of Sand" quest, and at the end of the quest I got 3 emerald blocks and I wanted to put them in my pouch.
Both the pouch and the emerald blocks disappeared (but this is pretty frequent and after clicking on it or opening the inventory they're back)
I clicked on where the pouch was (top right of my inventory) and it dropped it, the problem is that at the same time I got tp'ed back in the "normal" world because the quest was done, which means that the pouch with the LE's are gone. Sadly, I wasn't able to clip it. I hope the staff can help.

15. Refunds Policy.

We cannot refund items that are acquired in-game, no matter how they are lost.

however, 4le shouldn't be too hard to get back. Many quests give LE as rewards, such as Master Piece, Ultimate Weapon, ToA, etc..
if you're willing to spend a little time to get it back, if you have the Breathing Mask from the Underwater quest, you can go to Seavale Reefs near Selchar and pick up the items there and sell them to the treasure merchant at selchar.

 

I know I could make it back quite easily but i'm level 35 and I grinded all day for it, thanks for the reply !

 

u should use /itemlock on ur emerald pouch, horse, and all ur gear so u dont accidentally drop it again
