I Just Lost A Level 62 Hardcore Class To Fall Damage

I'm not sure why but im a bit worried this is against some sort a rule, im not extremely familiar with the forums and i apologize if this belongs in a different section or goes against a rule.

I was attempting to do an every quest hardcore class, i got nearly to level 62 and decided to do a heart of iron part two. Now if you didnt already know:

There is a dropper-like area in the quest, where you have to avoid some blocks and land in some water at the end. I avoided all the blocks fine but i hit a solid block instead of landing in the water.

Now, to remind you, this was an attempt at every quest. So this was a lot slower than just throwing on xp bonus stuff and throwing a dxp bomb. I also did every secret discovery for the wynn plains, desert, nesaak and olux.
To be clear, im not asking for any sort of refund or restoration as i know those are not allowed.

But the part that really gets me is that i had to go back and redo this part of the quest because i got stuck in a block and had to tp out. I did it just fine the first time.

This is the second hardcore class i have lost to something completely out of my control, the first one being a massive lag spike while i was grinding, allowing the mobs to one-shot me at level 25. So i havent lost once due to a lack of skill and/or ill preparedness.

I am going to be re-trying this again, i used Shaman for both previous attempts but ill let you guys decide what class i use for my third attempt.

After i failed the first shaman at level 25, i was considering switching to Warrior but for some reason i only felt like the hardcore would be earned if i did it on Shaman. After dying again, and because the poll (at least at the time i checked it) said Warrior. I'm already at 27 on the Warrior.
