I got banned from discord server and can not appeal a ban

I got banned from discord server and it says "To appeal your ban, send a message to echo_at_night answering the following questions" but i can not reach discord server. So i can not send message to echo_at_night. Here is my answers for questions:
1. My discord account was hacked, so this message was automatically sent by malware. I've now cleaned my account.
2. Yes, I think I deserve a second chance because I play Wynncraft and I'm part of this community.
