I fell out of the world and now I can't continue with a quest

I'm currently doing A Sandy Scandal quest, when I fell out of the world during a cut scene and died. It happened a few times and now I cant go back into the cut scene to finish the quest. Is there a way to get it fixed since its quite an important quest.

For context I am on the second witness report, fell out of the world during the cut scene after going up the stairs.

 

You are rather fortunate, as the Almuj bank isn't used much. I've had bugged quests restrict access to an entire area before.
However, make a bug report if you haven't already, or try to retrace the steps that led you to that cutscene.
