I cannot in any way make the server textures work

I have tried multiple ways to make the server resource pack work. Changed the Enabled to Prompt, changed versions, deleted the server-resource-pack folder, unninstalled minecraft and reinnstalled, tried downloading wynntills, tried starting it with curseforge.
The best result i got so far was manually downloading a resource pack port from an outdatted version, but it worked poorly and with many bugs and i could not find the updated 2.0.3 version of the texture pack to manually install.
Please help i cannot play the game it always gets to 100% making request but the texture is always vanilla minecraft.
