    Hard to say exactly. We're aiming for 2-3 months, but it may be shorter, may be longer. It really depends on how cohesive the underlying infrastructure can be (which is why I'm working very hard on the underlying infrastructure right now)

    I'm super proud of some of the new refactor systems. The database object mapper is pretty awesome.

    Definitely! Don't learn to code for the sake of learning to code, because you'll always get bored/frustrated and stop. The reason to learn to code is so that you can build something that A) doesn't already exists and B) you really want to see made. There are lots of ways to get started with the very basics (I highly recommend http://codeacademy.com, or TheNewBoston's youtube videos, depending on what kind of learner you are), but as SOON as you understand the basic stuff, move on and try to make your own project. Don't be afraid to live off of Google. I learned how to program by googling thing I didn't understand (stackoverflow was the greatest resource for me). The first thing I ever built was a tiny website that helped me track my homework during elementary school after reading a book called "I Hate PHP" (which really only taught me BASIC concepts). Curiosity should drive your education, not obligation.

    I met Salted because I created the CraftedMovie server for him back when CraftedMovie was a very small channel. We met Grian after he played on CraftedMovie and we took note of his building skills.

    Also, when somebody add you as a friend, everyone around you will be invisible, until you do /class and everything fix, but maybe new players will have this problem and they prob don't know what to do.
