Shaman/Skyseer Help I am confused

so I have tried out a spell spam build and a poison build both are good but I am still not able to do li so can someone recommend me a build of any type that I can use to survive eo and li solo I am lvl 101 almost 102 just 1m xp away

can I replace the necklace with something else I am sure I cant solo li and I mostly have no one to help me out

 

Recalcitrance will make it do 5k more dmg but will lose half of ur ehp, im not a build maker so i cant help much

there is not really a replacement that doesnt kill your ehp
try finding a party to run li with you, 1 or 2 more people will help a lot
