Any Class Help Hypothetical Build

I was just wondering, could you possibly be able to make a hybrid build, where you used chain lightning for life steal/mana steal while spamming spells?

you can and it's common. quake is another choice but you need the mobs within the square of your aoe, though it can hit an unlimited amount of enemies with within that space, with higher damage than chain to top it off.

also hellstrand and cluster are your bois for the concept you want. super slow is ideal for stealing effects (except stealing).
