SPOILER Hunt for the Suspicious Egg's hatching method (2.0)

What about we find a way to open a crafting table and then turn it into a cake

 

I find it interesting that no one has brought up the mysterious egg, very similar name, not that I'm convinced it's related.

it's also very annoying that there are now 2 eggs with unknown purposes

 

Maybe they will slowly add more eggs to the game and it's not possible to hatch them until they've added all of them? That would explain why it would take a really long time, and it doesn't seem like a coincidence that there are several egg items with an unknown purpose (puzzle with all the eggs maybe?). If anyone knows what update the other egg was added that would be good to know

 

the creator of the egg showed me this image, i have also had it practically confirmed to me that the egg is hatchable right now

btw apparently after lex said this she DMed fey (the creator of the egg) about it and he decided to change the hatching method slightly to make it easier

For some reason I thought "Imagine we crack the egg by throwing it in the glass of Royal Trials in mansion invasion", but this obviously doens't make many sense lol

Just a random idea, maybe you have to do ??? with it or something. Mehme and his brothers seem like they might know something

 

Has anyone tried hamsey? I know you have to hatch it but still

 

This looks neat now seeing its possible to hatch it, just the method not being found yet! I guess if I have time and energy after doing the new quests, I can try at this (especially with a bounty on it).

 

Current best idea:
Riding a horse with the egg in inventory. Why? Well, you’re sitting on the horse… you’re “sitting” on the egg in a semi-nest.

Yeah.

 

I’m not sure that it’s just going to be a simple random activity, a series of triggers where we’re subtly guided from one to the next seems like it’s in the realm of possibility. Or it could just be throwing it out of your inventory 1000 times or smth, who knows
