Helmet: Morph-Stardust. stardust.
Chestplate: Boreal-Patterned Aegis. Mana regen, walk speed, defenses, and air/water damage.
Leggings: Hephaestus-Forged Greaves. Walk speed, more defenses, tons of hp and hp regen, and air damage. A bit of -water though.
Boots: Capricorn. More spell damage (both raw and %), and more walk speed. Also mana regen and mana steal.

Ring 1: Raging wind. Air damage, walk speed, agilty points.
Ring 2: Prism. Defenses, both raw and %. Skill points for hive gear.
Bracelet: Follow the wind - asked for.
Necklace: Errant. Spell damage, Air damage, walk speed.

Weapon: Silver - mana regen + walk speed + a lot of good stuff.
Or: Slider may work too. Who knows?

I've tested with archer only, using Gale's force and ensa's resolve as weapons. The high walk speed (100%-ish) is quite fun, while you are still quite tanky in both hp and elemental defense as well as having some hp regeneration for pve scenarios.

Like most of my builds, this doesn't do much damage. It trades damage, both per hit and dps (with relatively low mana regen). It also requires..... 2 hive items .-.

I really enjoy it though, and I hope you do too!

I've actually tried this myself at some point, but I was aiming for an all uniques build, so it definitely has room for improvement :P

Helmet: Aquamarine. Mana regen, strength and intelligence points, raw spell damage.
Chestplate: Soul signal. Intelligence and dexterity points, raw spell damage.
Leggings: Dark channeler. Raw spell damage, -%earth defense (yes that is a bonus here) to cancel Soulsig's -earth raw.
Boots: Memento. Raw spell damage, mana regen. Not capricorn because of agility requirement.

Ring 1: Reminder. Intel points.
Ring 2: Facile. All-around skill points as well as spell damage.
Bracelet: Nebulous. Defenses, raw and %spell damage.
Necklace: Master. Skill points for nebulous.

Weapons:
Yggdrasil: The star of this build! 8k+ meteores!
Lament: The one for the rich guys! 9k-ish.
Predposledni: The one for qira and non-mage tanks. (Against mages, you concede.) 5k-ish neutral to qira :)
Bonder: For mana regen, if you want to. Less meteore damage.

Put on enough skp to wear armor, then try to get 129 intel (including weapon(s)). Afterwards, dump into strength or agility. Damage totals are shown with strength, agil for tankness.

Never underestimate raw spell power!

 

No +earth or +water damage?

 

Nope .-.

It works though, if all you want is blind dps.
