How to verify discord account?

I came back after 8 years and saw this was still a thing
now i joined the discord, cause i wanted the wyvern
i cant link my discord to the wynncraft website though because my discord isnt verified

when i ask in the discord ''questions'' channel, either noone seems to have a clue how it works, or noone answers

I am starting to seriously reconsider if i want to play atp because i have spent hours just trying to find where i verify my discord account

1. Click the Gear icon (User Settings) next to your username at the bottom left.
2. Under My Account, look for the prompt asking to verify your email.
3. Click Resend Verification Email.
4. Open the email sent to your inbox by Discord and click Verify Email.

On Mobile (iOS / Android):

1. Tap your profile picture/avatar in the bottom right corner to open the menu.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap the Verify banner at the top.
4. Check your email and tap the confirmation link to complete the setup.
