So basically I want to start lootruning but... idk how. Wanted to find some videos on youtube with tutorials how to do it efficiently and almost all of them are outdated or just too long and it's hard to understand. So guys can you help me? :)

    I'm currently using this build

So, I'm not gonna claim to be an expert or that this is the meta but this is, I think, a good strategy for someone starting out.
Prioritize blues and oranges early on, get a couple of good boons to your damage and ehp, along with anything that your build needs (health regen, mana regen, lifesteal, etc.). Try to get missions taken care of early; they can really shape your run and give you some good benefits; what missions you should take depends on what's offered, your build, and the circumstances. Try to take ones that synergize and ones with requirements that synergize (e.g. if you have opal offering, don't take something that will give you curses or that requires you to get a bunch of curses to complete if you can avoid it). When rainbows start coming out, try to get those whenever you see one unless something really important is offered. Try to take trials (crimsons) as early as you see them unless you're specifically trying to get gambling beast (on the second one) or you desperately need to take something first. A lot of them get much harder the further you get into the run, and failing one (or even taking too long on it) can end or ruin a run.

In general I like to have at least one thing giving me a lot of pulls, typically a mission of some sort. Opal offering is really good if you get it, because stacking boons makes the run easier. It isn't the most effective option to get a lot of pulls, but it's a really easy one and is still really good. I would avoid curse stacking unless you have some way of mitigating it or it's necessary for whatever reason. The other big thing I would recommend is to try to get at least one sacrifice; that just ensures that when you have a bad selection of pulls, you don't waste the entire run. Getting 3 le from the last roll of a 300 pull run happens. Getting 150+ of those pulls put towards the next run is a lot better than the 2 le you would've made pawning 17 scorpios or whatever was in the boxl. Getting lots of rerolls is also really good, so I would generally recommend taking missions or trials that give rerolls or sacrifices. It's hard for me to a give a list of which ones are good or bad, since that's hugely dependent on the circumstances; I love ultimate sacrifice, but if I get it at challenge 60 with 30 curses stacked up, I'm probably not gonna try that.

In general, I recommend trying short runs to get used to doing it, and then work on doing long runs (if you want). Short runs can be really effective if you get lucky, long runs are the only way to (almost) guarantee getting a lot of pulls, but take much longer so it really just depends how worth it it is for you.
