    Im sorry but can anyone help me?
    The sever says that I have been banned for flying,but the website says that there are no records tied my name
    I have changed my name once,but i search the old name and the new name,it still cant find the record
    P.S:Im a Taiwanese,my English is not that good,so my sentences might have a lot of wrong
