How To Get Gathering Tools???

I’ve just logged in for the first time is quite a while and I’m trying to gather materials for a quest but don’t know how to get the tools (like an axe, hoe, and such). Can someone tell me how to get them???

 

You can buy tier 1 and 2 tools from Tool Merchants that are scattered around (I believe there are 2 on the Emerald Trail). Anything above tier 3 can be bought from Dungeon Merchants for dungeon fragments and some emeralds. You can also buy tools from the Trade Market.
