TL:DR: You gotta find the "logs" file in ".minecraft" and scroll until you find "latest.log". Whenever a message pops up in chat it will appear there (if you close and open it back again), so it'll decode the obfuscated text to what it was supposed to say.

This is surprisingly easy to do, so I don't know why I didn't directly find this on the Internet after searching for ages.
First, you gotta open the "Execute" panel, on Windows you press "Windows button + R". Then, you should type in %appdata% and click Enter. Find the ".minecraft" folder (yes, ".minecraft", not "Minecraft"), click on the "logs" folder, and simply scroll until you find the "latest.log" file.
After you open it you'll be able to look at many registered details, but what's the most important is what's at the bottom, the chat log.
There you'll be able to look at every message that appeared in the chat while you were playing, however, it's just a log, so the effect that the obfuscated letters have won't be applied and you'll be able to read the actual message.
    Things to note:
-Unicode characters won't display correctly on the log, so no, you can't also decode Wynnic and Gavel (atleast withouth any modification).
-Couldn't someone just make a resource pack that disables the obfuscated letters? The answer is no, because the obfuscated feature seems to be engraved into Minecraft's actual code, so you'd have to make a mod to disable it.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions!
