    As I said, all the numbers after the decimal point should be round up.
    4.3 becomes 5.

    ok I shall change my code so that all numbers round up so it should be more accurate.

    Fixed those. Negatives are actually rounded down.

    Those negative rounding part.
    I wrote round it "up", but actually they were rounded "down".

    For example, Aquarius' base -Melee Damage is 15%.
    Min is -15 x 0.7 = -10.5
    It was not rounded up, but rounded down.
    So Aquarius' -Melee Damage ID range is -10% to -19%.

    umm, like that.
    If you could change that part in your tool, it'l be more accurate.

    TL;DR
    Base ID can be found in the API.
    Base ID x 0.8 = Average ID
    Base ID x 0.7 = Minimum ID
    Base ID ID x 1.3 = Maximum ID
    Going on about how many chances there are for you to get between minimum and maximum ID.
