How do you play a spam archetype without getting carpal tunnel

Was playing Acrobat up to level 45. Was going good! Had a mana regen-focused build that worked well with the constant need to leap and dash around, and build up rapid combos for flow state. I also had to abandon it, because both of my wrists ached every time i even thought about returning to that archetype. New run is craftsman paladin, and i am going to take it very slow.
