    As far as I know there is no way to do that much damage on a neutral defense mob without exploiting some kind of a glitch/trick. But there are some mobs in the game with crazy negative elemental defenses where I can see a 100k+ damage spell happening with a very high damage weapon, Cataclysm, for example.
