How do I start?

So, my ban appeal looks like it's going to get accepted.

I have 4 level 105/1 level 106 classes, all with absolutely no items. How do I restart the game?

If your classes have no items whatsoever, then kill yourself, go outside Ragni, start doing caves, and use them to boost your gear until you get enough emeralds to buy a Morph set and a basic-viable level 100-105 [weapon]. Preferably, play as a Lightbender Mage because they can squeak past low-level Lootruns and Raids with crappy gear. Then scale up from that point. Consistent play - especially of Lootruns with consistent TM-selling of high-quality items - should get you enough money to be able to get a better build.

If you are, in fact, a troll, disregard this and delete all of your classes.

Yeah, you're trolling, that's not 'absolutely no items'. Sell them for an LE each and use the money for a Morph set.
