How Do I Get Hashr's Claw?

    I searched hashr's claw in the wynndata and i realised it is untradable, so how can i get it? I am level 42 and it has level 38 requirement...

    it's from a dungeon called sand swept tomb, you need to do it a few times and then buy from the merchant that stands infront of the entrance

    and buy it from the dungeon merchant.
