How Did You Meet Wynncraft? {remake}

An old member of the community introduced me to Wynn almost 2 years ago.

 

I was on TeamSpeak with these guys a while back and they were playing on Wynncraft. It sounded interesting so I asked for the ip and they told me it was wincraft.com and, obviously, it didn't work and I was about to give up and then he mentioned it was with a 'y' and two 'n's, so I logged on and didn't really play much for a while. And then slowly I got a bit better and here I am now.

Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if I never logged on to Wynn. It scares me a little.

 

I randomly ran over this video while watching one of Antvenom's video.

 

Le fabulous CraftedMovie channel brought me here in 2013.

 

Found it when GenerikB and BdoubleO100 recorded on the server. yeah.....

I saw the trailer, but as i didn't own minecraft back then i couldn't join.
Later a friend reminded me of it :)

 

I was watching one of my used to be favorite finnish youtuber who made a video where he was doing something in door of time.. right after some update but not wynnter update.. so I saw that and tested Wynn and loved it i have played it like year now or something :D

Craftedmoive. I was a big fan of their server back when it still existed. I couldn't wait for Wynncraft to be released. I donated as soon as the website was released and tried to play with every server crashing every three minuets on the first day. Anyone else remember the first lobby? With the parkour and everything? Three lobbies only? Anyways it was awesome. It's kind of sad though, the birth of Wynncraft ultimately brought the death of Craftedmovie

I didn't meet wynncraft... Wynncraft met me.

 

I was really interested in the MMORPG genre about a year ago, so I searched for "Minecraft MMORPG servers" on Google, and found Wynncraft.

 

i think 1 of my fav youtubers started playing there. but i am really not sure ._.

My friend kept talking about how awesome it was. He wanted so bad to play it with someone else. There was some stuff about him attempting to getting level cap with only killing pigs as a tauren. I wasnt too interested. When he talked about mounts, that's when I got real into it. I wanted to play it so bad, but then i found out about the huge subscription costs. Years later some of my favorite youtubers started putting a few videos out about it, and I started watching more and more videos from other youtubers. Eventually I noticed that the subscription cost was halved for the first month - so I tried it.

Oh wait this isn't WoW.

 

I was playing on a really lame SAO server and made some friends there. And they were the ones who showed me wynn.
