    Yea, been thinking about building something myself but have yet to gather the materials. Maybe I'll get my profs to max first (currently all lvl 90) so I can grab all the materials.

    One thing I like about housing is you can invite people to it to meet up basically from across the map provided both of you are in a city which makes trading a lot easier.
