    if horse armour is added it could be used to increase the number of enemies there is needed to stop a horse from spawning depending on the kind of armour

    It would be nice to have I guess? But I don't see a huge reason for it to exist. All you need to do right now is kill a few enemies or move a few blocks away. If you can't do that, then, well, that's why it was added in the first place.

    I think there's a reason why you can't summon your horse near mobs, and removing that would just be... weird?
