In the end, they just ignored our questions and hoped that this thread will lose itself in the past.

 

Don't they have a no-refund policy? I mean, sure, it would've been better for them not to respond to this thread, but was OP expecting to get his/her items back when there's already a no-refund policy? Now the issue has been actually been arising again, I heard they'll be fixing it, so maybe they'll consider a item restore?

We all know that, the reason we are pissed is that they ignored this thread when the bug was fixed and that among the few answers there is a "We'll see for refund, not sure tho" (It tends more towards no, but they still gave us hope and then left)

 

The bug is arising again, I've seen about 2 posts about it

Omg I hope that wont happen to me because all my money got concentradet in one mythic and my warrior-build uses at least 50% hive items... Does this only happen if you log in?

 

You should look at the date, the log bug is dead (apparently), but apparently there is a similar bug with banks recently, be careful.

 

I saw that they said it was fixed a few days after release but when I rejoined Wynn after not being on for months in late January (20 something) my lvl 3 warrior bank class was completely wiped and was placed in the update room.

 

Yup I lost my constrast from the bank I am still mad about it.
