    get mana, take higher agi over that def, switch to hive bow or cluster, dont use static necklace
    dont just sort wynndata by thunder % damage and use the first finds

    Generally, when making a spell build you want to balance damage, sustain (mana and/or Intelligence, usually both outside of some situations), HP, elemental defenses to some extent, and Def/Agi (usually Agi with Archer).
