I heard we are talking about mutiple hundredthousand stacks of LE

 

One trade doesn't set a price, it needs to be a clear trend that can only start after people stop panicking about the market. We can't even make observations until the markets are for sure back up and people have the chance to start buying and selling, then we need to start looking at trends. We'll look at the prices in a month and can assess the damage then.

I believe that the price high more people lootrun assumption isn't exactly true: even when prices were dumpstering almost every world in the LR disc was consistently taken, it's not like there are infinite servers for people to run on

 

More items means more competition which means lower prices since there are limited buyers and theoretically unlimited sellers.

No, please actually read what I wrote. In a month we can see clear trends and the dev team can figure out if market changes need to be made, like an increased tax, or if more money sinks need to be added to encourage players to dump money. When governments run into problems IRL they do this thing called monetary and fiscal policy to change the economy, they can do that here too...

 

We’re just gonna have another lootrun meta and like in a couple of months mythics will be worth dirt again.

I used to be on board that a rollback would be necessary, but now I can't grasp to that anymore. And as some others have already put it well in this thread, you can refund and prevent the whole situation from happening again. You can do this and that. What you cannot refund is time. It'll be interesting how the administration addresses this issue regardless.

I actually did read your post beforehand, and I said in my post that yeah, the market will fix itself, but since supply has dropped and inflation has gone up it will take a long time for the economy to fix itself (the Venezuela video wasn’t really about Wynn, I just think the video is really funny ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). Supply isn’t going to increase that fast since finding mythics takes time and because so many mythics have been removed from the market by dupers. Inflation isn’t going to go down that fast since the duping was so huge and the supply is so low. It’s not a matter of if, but when, like you said. It’s just that the “when” is very far away.
