I was in the last one. Had a few restrictions too many on my character. I'll make a better one. (feel free to ignore my VERY SARCATIC comments)
Superhero Name: Lunar Wing (for the edgepoints)
Alternate Identity: Shaun Bilelon (for the "bile" jokes)
Age/Gender: Appears 27-29, male.
Bio: Usually in the "Lunar Wing" persona, mostly uses real identity as a cover (for purchases and such).
Boring brown hair, bland brown eyes, little to no beard. Actually about 38: just ages slower due to powers.
Offically works at a tech giant, however, is more of a freelancer special-agent: usually takes the jobs the tech giant gives them, since they have a shared goal. (more on this later) The tech giant pays by maintaining Shaun's cover and some cash and components for gadgets. Sometimes takes other jobs the tech giant relays to him and beats random criminals.
The tech giant goes by the name of Aknown, and it's a more-or-less known thing it associates with Lunar Wing. Lunar's usual jobs are removing internal corruption, busting plans that would illegally damage the company, and most importantly: seek an item stolen from the company. Sometimes there are odd jobs like helping another company that relayed a message through Aknown, but mostly it's just those three.
Lunar/Shaun works with the company due to a reason: In the past, Shaun was a junior researcher at Aknown, researching a new potential source of energy. Shaun figured out it did some really weird stuff with photons, and constructed two prototypes of an item using all that matter. He called it the Luxbender. It's pretty much a 3d-printer but very fast and efficent, but temporary. One was stolen by someone. In an incident. Where most of the lab burnt down and Shaun was almost killed. Shaun survived by using the remaining Luxbender in some very creative ways. The company and Shaun agreed that the other item must be recovered, and also agreed that since Shaun could use appearantly use the Luxbender so well, he could use it to find the other one. So they chose to keep the accident secret.
So Shaun made a supersuit out of the other and started hunting for clues. Since he has been looking for them for about a decade, the sightings of him were starting to pile up, as were some leaks that confirmed he was connected to Aknown.
So they just said "Lunar wing gets equipment from us, and mostly hunts down criminals but sometimes also takes care of internal problems like corruption."

Lunar/Shaun has a hideout, it's pretty much a large room with no windows inside the Aknown building. He tinkers with things, keeps track of the paperwork and meets the corporation bigwings there. In order to protect Shaun from being evicted if someone or something takes over the corporation and tries to make it impossible for him to undo it, he actually owns that room and everything that comes with it.
Super Suit: It's a suit. Features include: Armored plates cover it (coloured black) and the parts under it are white: chest has a humming thing that glows a faint white: that's the Luxbender. The titular wings fold and are partially created by the Luxbender, and are fully the same shade of white as the moon, leading to the name.

Skills and Abilities: The Luxbender is Shun's main source of power. It bends light and does weird stuff with it, and Shaun usually uses it to create shields or shoot lasers. Sometimes, he uses it to create a more complex construct (such as a tool) but it takes some time to make complex things, so usually he doesn't do that. All things it creates disappear shortly, due to how unstable they are.
The wings. At first, they were mostly used for gliding, and can still be used that way. Then Shaun had the absolutely brillant idea of adding a set of boosters to the wings. So now, if he doesn't crash, he can go really fast - not in closed spaces, though.
The suit itself is very protective, and can punch hard and shield from harm. It also uses some of the Inobtainium's matter's other properties to slow down Shaun's aging.

Weakness: All of the powers have weaknesses. In order to bend light, you need photons. And, speaking logically, there are less photons where it's dark, right? So darkness makes the Luxbender less effective, and can even stop it, no matter how cheesy or unscientific it sounds. That's the main reason Shaun mostly stays inside tinkering or doing paperwork when it's dark. Daytime or moonlight is preferred.
The wings, well, are uncontrollable. Simply put, if you aren't focusing on flying/gliding AND ONLY THAT, you will crash. Perioid.
And the suit, through strong, is not a hulk. Not even close.


Time as a Super: About a decade. Had been working with Aknown since a few years prior to that.
Relationships: Aknown and Lunar Wing have a very close relationship, since Lunar Wing was pretty much created by Aknown for Aknown. Even though this is true, over the years Lunar wing has slowly become more of a hero-for-hire that Aknown has at a hand's length. The current CEO is the same as when Lunar first started operating, and there's a somewhat close relationship there. It's mostly just business, though.
A few employees at Aknown also know Shaun, so here, the noteworthy ones:
-Herbert is the supervisor for Shaun's department, and actively despises Shaun: He's always busy on some special project and thus appearantly immune to anything he can do, including byrocracy. What doesn't matter is this project - what does is that he's his supervisor and Shaun should respect him and not act like he owns the place (though, that isn't too far from the truth to be honest)
-Alice is a software engineer that occasionally sees Shaun grabbing a coffee, and also Shaun's primary target when he needs someone to debug his code or improve it after he has done all he can. They don't usually see eachother much, so they usually chat for a few minutes when they do meet.
-Erika works in customer service. Since she gets so many questions about Lunar wing and related topics, she's been piecing together some information about who Lunar wing might be. Thanks to disinformation having been(largely due to the CEO helping out Shaun) Shaun is not on the list. Shaun also gives her some information sometimes, if only to point the finger away from himself. Due to this and Shaun appearantly being always busy. Erika assumes Shaun is somewhat high in the hierarchy.

Main City of Operations:
Leo city. I made it up since I don't think Aknown is in any of the other cities. Feel free to place it next to any of the other plot-relevant locations, though.

The women who was being mugged is still there. In a "flight or fight" situation, she she seems to have choosen the secret "cower in a corner and cry" option. The attacker, and his partner, seem to be your textbook thug. Large, burly, wearing a sweat shirt and hoodie respectively and ski masks so they can't be ID'ed. Chumps you can easily take on if you were Nightlark. But you're not.
