As you look. I'm the GM.
The buzzed guy bumps by some people and walks over to a security guard. While the guard is looking away, the man pulls the gun out of the guard's holster. The guard turns around but the buzzed man shoots hits in the torso, and the guard goes done. The gunshot also attracts the attention of everyone in the room.
"This is a- This a- *hic* This is a hold-up. Everyone get down!"
You can't tell if this guy planned this or if he's just really out of it, but people are getting on the ground scared. How do you react?

 

Accompanying gives me the info fast I think.
Also because I'm not doing anything here. -.-

Generally, it's something light and simple.
Toast, Cereal, Porridge, etc. Usually also with a side dish (yogurt, sliced apples, bowl of strawberries). It's childish, but whatever
Not too many flavours or ingredients. (That's her personal preference, the maids can eat steak for breakfast for all she cares)

 

”Probably sleeping or eating. I think he’s human too. Might be out patrolling, too.”

Well, you go down to the dining room to find a bowl of porridge, buttered toast, a bowl of assorted fruit (common breakfast meal for the health conscious), and a glass of orange juice.

She giggles. "He probably takes better care of himself than you."
"Hey," Says a third voice, "The cafeteria not open yet?"

Sit down and eat everything but the fruit. Take that outside to eat. Wander around and see what everyone else is doing.

 

Stop and prepare to dodge
Prepare stand to stop bullet by punching it away from you and into somewhere safe (not where people are or the tanks)
Dodge direction will also correlate to where the safest the bullet is to redirect

 

Or stop living a normal life and actually help people instead of wasting time since there's death every second
