Raflin attacks wolf one, showing a arrow at it. The arrow hits the wolfs right thigh for 6 damage! The wolf slumps over, not dead, but the wolf will bleed out soon.

Irene attempts to stab wolf two, and misses the head but hits the neck of the wolf. The wolf instantly dies. It turns out wolf one was the leader.

Brisingr helps Cole heal, of which the specifics will never be spoken of again. (15/20)

Cole picks up the canister. It has been punctured by the wolf, showing that it is hollow. It is made of a dull dark grey metal, with glowing blue lines around the outside. The "lid" of the device is actually a connector piece to a ordinary canteen. It seems that to operate it, you put a liquid into the canteen, screw on the canister, and shake. The canister has a little bit of wolves blood left in it.

Syllarine backtracks along the path, and finds Andrrek. He is lying in a pool of blood, with two large gashes on his chest. How you did not hear his screams is horrible. His eyes are closed, and his bag lies on the ground a few meters away. The bottles in it seem to have been broken, as there is a strange green liquid leaking out of the bag.

What will you do?

 

The last wolf seems to be dead soon, and Cole is still hurt, so....
I help Cole heal.

 

(oooooh snap)
1. Check that he is in fact dead (if he isn't try to bandage his wounds to stop the bleeding).
2. Search through his bag while trying to avoid touching the green liquid.

 

(Once again, you did not show Ronan's attack... why is this?)
Ronan aims for wolf 1,

Finish off the remaining wolf.

 

Cole has a large wound in his left shoulder. It will need to be tended to by a faith healer. Brisingr wraps it up with a strip of cloth though, to lessen the bleeding (16/20)

Andrrek is in fact, dead. Syllarine looks throigh the bag, and finds two vials pf liquid inside them. One is a deep red, opaque liquid, with little specks of black. The other is green, and bubbling. It looks like the same liquid that is on the ground. She also finds 20 gold coins.

Ronan shoots wolf one, and the wolf finally dies. Blankman kicks it for good measure.

What will you do?

((Ok so as you might have noticed, there has been no magic up to this point. The game will be getting more complex from here on. You can acheive the first tier of yoir gods worship once you find a sutible shrine or temple. More will be explained then))

 

Logically, we tread in the same direction we were going, right?

Sooooooo. I had been waiting for something like actual character dialogue and a agreement, but I will just assume that you wanted to continue your travels.

The rest of your journey goes quite smoothly. The town of Thul appears on the horizon a hour later, and you all finally see the city for the first time. Thule is built into a mountain pass on the western face of mount thul, where it slowly curves off to the south. The city takes up about 2 miles of the pass, and is divided into three portions.

The first portion is the front of the city, where the grey wall protects the only entrance from above ground. That area is where the markets and slums of the city are. The two areas deeper in the pass are each on one side of the mountain. The left side is where the government and the rich dwarves live, it also houses the many temples of the city. The right side is stranger, a very barren expanse of land that the dwarves army uses to protect the city from the goblin raids that come out of the tunnels into the mountains, and in case of a possible drow war. There had used to be lots of houses there, but they were all destroyed to let the army have a clear line of sight at the tunnels.

To continues your quest, you will have to find some way through those tunnels to the drow capital city.

You enter the city unharrased and almost welcomed. You head down the main street, and when you get to the towns center, where the main road splits into two (heading to the other areas) you notice a multitude of things. There is a inn near you, a armoury, a market, and a shady back alley with a red arrow painted on it. The road to the left will take you to the government building and temples, while the road to the right will take you to the army barracks.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

I start wandering in the direction of the inn, and see if anyone else is following.
"I'm heading to the inn to ask for directions. Typically, people working at an inn are nice. Anyone coming with?"

 

"Sure, lets go."
Ronan follows him.
