Help with sound

I have a problem with sounds in game or rather mostly the music. After the music starts playing everything seems normal, but after a few seconds it starts to stutter and "glitch out", and not in a internet lag kind of way where it stops playing and then plays all the sounds at once, but rather it sounds more like radio static. I've identified the problem to be connected to the amount of sounds played at once where it quickly reaches the maximum at which point it breaks, but I have no idea on how to fix it. it starts breaking at about 130/247 and then rapidly goes up to even a thousand. this happens both with mods and vanilla. Versions 1.21 - 1.21.4

Any help on how to resolve the issue would be much appreciated.

 

does this issue only happen in wynn? or does it happen even in singleplayer/other servers? outside minecraft? got any mods running?

by "radio static" do you mean all distorted?

 

I've made a clean windows install and it works now so I suppose there was something wrong with my system
