Shaman/Skyseer HELP WITH BUILD (REWARD ON THE LINE FOR BEST BUILD)

Hey everyone , I'm trying to create a Hight damage build for the shaman class
I need people who are knowledegable of items to use :

Basically I wanna create a combination between the 2 shaman that deals the most damage and are very annoying Summoner and Ritualist (with some Acolyte stuff)

I'm Level 89 now i started couple days ago

IF anyone is down to help or knows someone who can help i will be really greatful

(Will reward the person with the best build with a rank or a silvershare trades)
Builds will be judged on :

_ Damage
_ Affordability
_ Survivability Rate
_ Adaptability (Meaning till what level is it still good to use)
