    Hello all you build knowledge people.

    Im looking for a Good Spell Damage % build for my lvl 94 Mage.

    Im not looking for a lvl 94 Set, it can be lvl 100 if it needs to be but im looking for the highest % Spell damage i can possibly get. So i can have a goal to aim for.

    pretty much the best spell build in the game that doesn't require a mythic
    (accessory replacements are fine btw as long as they work)
