As an Apocalypse fan I agree that 0 cd boiling blood was absolutely broken, but then it got nerfed so much, that it is no longer viable in spell spam at all. Seeing as the MajorID is called Hellfire... there isn't much hellfire going on with 1s long blood pools at 2s cd. I would suggest a rework to make Apocalypse more viable in the endgame:

    1. Keep the 1 bash hit with +3 radius (balances out the completely broken 0cd boiling blood which applied to every bash hit)

    2. Reduce Bash's bonus damage (This MajorID should be all about boiling blood and not the bash hit itself)

    3. Reduce Boiling Blood's cooldown to 1 sec from 2s (this would make 0cd boiling blood possible again with the tier 2 aspect of unquenching flames (-1.1s boiling blood cd) while keeping it balanced for leveling up if someone got really lucky to get an apocalypse or bought one seeing as the prices are really low)

    4. Increase Boiling Blood's duration to 2s from 1s (ensures one can actually stack blood pools)

How does the gameplay change with this rework?

You would go corrupted then spam Bash to proc Blood pact and get low hp to fill up corrupted. with 0cd Boiling blood, you would stack a bunch of pools as you fill up your corrupted bar and do a lot of damage before having to reset, then heal back up using Apocalypse's high life steal (this just lines up so nicely with the stats of apoc).

This would be a natural Cycle for Apocalypse and would fit the MajorID and weapon name much better.

    Thoughts?
