    Per the numbers I quoted, it ends up being more like Mage 45-50%, Warrior 55-70%, Assassin 100% (using this as the baseline), Archer 130% (note I used Bomb-Storm x3 with a single stream of Storm always hitting as my calculation for Archer, so that might be a slight overestimate - in practice, I generally get closer to 2/3 of the stream to hit).

    When we're talking about a spell build, the power of the melee hit doesn't really matter.

    I think this would be better fixed by making every level of heal be three pulses.

    Also buff the level 1 heal it feels nearly useless when you're low level. It does so little healing for the mana it takes that you're better off just using potions.

    heal 3 = cast heal less
    cast heal less = less mana/int needed
    less int needed = brain horizon

    you can fix this easily by making the pulses differ in health healed, while still keeping overall health healed same.
    current heal 3 = heal x, heal x, heal x
    new heal 3 = heal 1.5x, heal x, heal 0.5x
    or alternatively, heal 2x, heal .75x, heal .25x

    this is a compromise for the one who defends it and those who want a buff.

    or just an outright buff. honestly i'd prefer a buff.
