I don't know if there is a way to do this, but it'd be really sweet if you had the option to either keep the items in the bank from your previous classes, or to have a clear bank when you're on the class you're creating. I don't think that it would take much time to implement this feature, and it'd be really helpful when wanting to start a new character the legit way.
This Doesn't have to be a mandatory thing, and instead just have a little option when creating the class that says something along the lines of, "Do you want to keep the items in the bank from your previous classes?"

The bank is class wide, I don't see the point of adding a "trash all your hard work" option when you're on a different class, it would lead to lots of people deleting their bank when they want to try a new class.
