World Have Elements Always Present

2.1 introduced a brand new system for most nametags. Mobs all use a single text display to present every line now.

Please shift both the name/level and the element layers up by one line and add the health bar below instead of the health bar outright replacing the elements when the mob is damaged, thanks

Would be very cool, idk if it has a max line limit or anything but I’d possible this would be great
