Has anyone else had items disappear on em?

I was riding my horse and tried to open my money bag, but then I tp'd back to the last spot I mounted the horse and my bag was gone. Checked the are I was when I opened it but it is not there. Can't report this as a bug since the bug forums are down as of me writing this. Kinda blows, lost a t5 gem bag and a stack of emerald blocks that I JUST pulled out of my bank, legit took half of all I was saving.

 

Yeah this bug has made me lose several items and has teleported me back several times. Don't know why it took me a while before I figured out what was causing it...

 

this happened to me as well, im not sure as to what is causing it. hopefully it gets patched soon

 

I lost a bottle full of tier XX potions due to this bug...

 

Yeah I have an issue where after finishing a quest I'll open my emerald pouch and it'll disappear, but when I click back on the same inventory slot it'll reappear. No idea why it does this and I've gotten used to it, but I can definitely see why it would freak some people out
