Guilds Guild Halls / Fortresses

Guilds need something new. A nice little overhaul, they've been forgotten for too long.

Guild halls would be a great way to get people to join guilds, it would be cool to see what people could build in guilds together. Where players can contribute their emeralds, as they do to help the guild purchase land, and furniture for their new insane guild hall.

For example: To purchase some land to begin with, your guild needs to be a certain level: I.E perhaps level 30.
and have a bunch of emeralds in storage, with a small number of members perhaps, to also encourage recruitment.

Guild halls would function as a sort of, CTF kind of event here and there, where wars could break out between guilds, and territories wouldn't be the only thing that guilds members can participate in, often giving out rewards, with a sort of tournament like system. where only the best of guild succeed and get a lot of emeralds in the guild bank.

Another example for the requirements to get a guild hall and stuff:


A small plot of land / small fortress:
> Level 30
> 75k Emeralds
> 15 members

Medium plot / Medium fortress:
> Level 50
> 300k Emeralds
> 30 members

And so on.

Guilds really need more attention than they get. Late game is a little more lack-luster, would make people play late-game more than just making builds.
