Assassin/Ninja Greedy Cata

So, I was looking into greed and stealing. I came to the idea to combine it with cata, because why not. However, I am a very inexperienced class builder. I am in need of someone to take a critical look at what I put together. https://wynndata.tk/s/d0m4jv

I know I didn't use crafted items and that that is an easy way to get a ton of stealing but I myself don't really enjoy crafting and thus I didn't consider it.

I don't have a cata myself but thundra ripsaw might be a decent non-mythic substitute

It had way less stealing, I don't know what a good value would be.

Magnet isn’t good with greed
It’s better when you can control when you can heal rather than the emeralds just uncontrollably moving towards you
