    That is correct, but I haven't found anything that looks remotely similar to a palace in Llevigar, so I'd say that Llevigar might be more of a holiday city, or maybe the royal palace is still under construction.

    I think that's true, the banks are always the biggest building and are glorious. At the first time I saw Almuj and Llevigar's bank I thought they are palaces.
