Gotta Fix Them All! Wynncraft Bugs

But how was this fix achieved? Was it by changing the way Warscream's buffs were calculated, or by changing the significance of the base defenses of each class (like warrior's 120% base defense)? I do apologize if the question is written strangely, im having trouble putting my thoughts into words.

 

Jp, we cannot thank you enough for all of this. Most people thought these bugs would stay in here for years! I just have one question: how are you managing to fix all of these bugs so fast that have been in the game for so long now? I assume it’s the refractor, but I’ve never seen anything like this before.

 

Also, does that mean that all classes have similar or the same defense, or did you just nerf warriors defense?

I believe Meteor's secondary hit also triggers life steal. I can go test it more if you want.

Someone need to explains how he fixes bugs so fast while other mods were saying it was not possible until the next major update. Did the code refactor ended ?

Or is it just magic ?

 

I wouldnt get my hopes up for that yet i think. We would only get disapointed if we expected that (probs). I think its just mad skills and dedication tbh ;D

Well, I wouldn’t assume the refractor is finished yet, just that it’s at the point where they can easily fix bugs without pushing an update. If the refractor didn’t have anything to do with the current big fixes, idk how Jumla or the other coders couldn’t have fixed them for over a year. Maybe they just finally were able to do it after all this time, but jp made it sound like it didn’t take much to fix them given how quickly he fixed them. Don’t get me wrong, it was a lot of work to fix them, just that I can’t believe how quickly he fixed them.
