Assassin/Ninja Help Good Damage

Not asking for a build here, but I want to know about what is considered good damage for an Assassin, if using an overall balanced endgame build. I want values for each of the spells and melee dps. Thanks!

Don't feel bad if you're around 7k+ avg spins though, that is doable at lvl 100. Also, thunder builds have a very high damage value 'range' that they can roll for in the positive and negative direction from your average, so there is a little more luck involved. Fire/Earth/Water/Air all have only a +2 -2 range when adding damage from powders, so when the % and other boosts are added, thunder will 'appear' higher any time the %boosts are equal for thunder and another element. Example: Dark channeler has +21% on thunder/water. If you try adding powders to an item with only neutral damage, thunder will always appear 'better' in (EDIT:) MAX damage than the water since the boosts are identical (no other items included).
