Hpr % is either 76/77% [96/98%] depending on rounding since the change to hpr % increased the amt of values possible.
The true roll of the item is saved on the item, and will never change unless the item is rerolled.

 

Outdated screenshot, hetusol doesnt have 325 hpr. Show me an updated one and until then stop trying to trash the auction without any evidence.

Yeah, if you're not sure your Hetusol is #1, then don't label it as such. Its misleading and clickbait-y.

Ok and? If it’s the main stat your hetu can’t possibly be #1 either bc you would have to have a max hpr% to be #1, right? That’s basically your argument
