Secretly, they have me, the master undercover GM read them all, but they don't tell anybody, now scroll along and forget everything you just read.

This system is broke bank will only give 1's on applications Gavel would have been done 6 months earlier if he didn't vote on apps.

 

Builder applications have not been ignored the whole time. You could have applied anytime :/

for the item creation section, are you supposed to create a random item, nothing to do with your quest, but make it balanced to a level or something?

You could just start off writing some boring story, then quest-ifying it, then improving it.
I mean, for my application, I actually wrote an extension to the lore of Gavel, and then explained that I had intended to make a part 2 but... reasons.
