Aight time for hint no.8 (and 8.5)

Hint no.8: The link to wynn probably requires you to go ingame, though you might be able to find it on forums (havent checked myself)
8.5: Its not co-ordinates. Though i initially wanted to use them, it wouldnt have worked for what you are supposed to get from that stage.

 

Would love to know if you'd have to be above a certain combat level to get this information in game, doesn't have to be exact but a rough number

- Is the Quiz done today and will we get to see the results later this week?
- I have an answer for the puzzle. "We are doomed!!!" or "We're doomed"

 

Since its been a week and no-one has solved the puzzle, the quiz will be ending when the puzzle is solved

is the wynn reference from a quest?

 

with the information i currently have, i legit cant think of one thing that can only be found ingame (or possibly forums) and not on wiki or wynndata, considering the numbers arent coords.

Hint 9: Ok at this point ill tell you that the base 5/base 10 thing is correct, but that those numbers are still missing a few uh, symbols. Once you have those step 1 is complete
Hint 9.1: This refers to something in wynn
Hint 9.2: Part 2 is working out what the range is referring to
Hint 9.3: Part 3 is working out what that should turn into
Hint 9.4: Part 4 is getting to a TV show from that
Hint 9.5: Part 5 is getting the phrase
Hint 9.9: The phrase is 7 words long

 

Is the wynn reference very important to the overall puzzle and can we find the reference on the wiki ?

 

im sure what you need is on the wiki, but not in a way that the clue will lead you to it

 

so we really have to go through all the quests and find something :L

So about that TV show... He said, that most of us have heard of it or even watched it. He also says that he had the idea since the beginning of 2019. Based on these I would guess it's a favorite TV show released in the beginning of 2019.
My guesses would be:
- Game of Thrones season 8
- Stranger Things season 3
- Chernobyl - I feel like this is it

 

We still tryna solve the range part because there is so many definitions of range and idek know the numbers for the range. He said he saw the correct idea but not the correct use which is dumb

 

Since we are kinda stuck on that part, we might even start from the end and from the tv show figure out the wynncraft reference. Although I have ideas for the range as well, so I'll put them here soon.
