getting a better horse is a 20 percent chance... and with browns, same and lower tier are the same thing in that it is just a missed black horse and a horse that needs to be retrained to 10/10

 

I think that the chance to get a black horse is 20%, but I got it after more than 10 times adn spent more than 3le for it. so I guess its hard :P
