Assassin/Ninja Gimme A Good Attack Speed Build!!!

inferno gets pretty much outclassed by flameshot, and since this is a fire weapon. It has a lot of attributes that don't make sense. I would say yea, make it have positive hp regen and make its dmg better overall and maybe give it more hp.

Pure I feel like could have just marginally more dmg where it still out damages ethereal, but doesn't go too insane *cough cough* Az mid-game *cough cough*. I would say to make it have mana regen instead of steal and make it specialize in lots of regen having up to 6 to even 7 regen on the side. So this way it can serve as a spell dmg wand with lots of mana regening aspects allowing for it to be a very viable wand throughout mid-game. And it would still have use in late-game unintentionally as a cancer build so it can actually turn out to be a pretty decent mythic in the long run.
