Assassin/Ninja Gimme A Good Attack Speed Build!!!

Breezehands are LITERALLY USELESS. They DECREASE YOUR DPS, and spell spamming is only annoying at very slow - Super slow. Slow -> super fast is fine.

 

Yea, but spellspamming is annoying if you are below slow. If your already Water/Thunder/Air, they can get you to the fast that you need XD

 

its not. Its the exact same as with very fast and super fast. The animation is just different.

 

Normal is worse for spell spamming. @JackyKit

The slower anamation stops making a difference beyond fast

 

i would rather kind of slowly cast it then cost 10 ice snakes trying a heal a single time, and that's just with fast

I did. Wybel fluff bow and Torrential tide worked the exact same.

look how many spells I missed when casting with nemrekt rage
and I got 100% success cast with torouto tide
remember to turn on volume to help yourself listening to the spell cast

 

maybe its because you're on 1.8. On 1.11 with me, I had no problems whatsoever.

 

1.11 is even worse becuz of the way that packages is being sent, sometime 1 right click is registered 2 times
btw I got another example, that's why I dont like nirvana, a larger sample size, 100% success cast rate with weathered, but look at nirvana

 

And that is the only reason to ever consider breezehands

 

still, a %melee- reduction of 20% instead of 30% would make it more useful outside of just that use so you can actually use it for melee builds viably without making it too overpowered, since it still would deal less dmg than other alternatives. But I hope they do change breezehands for that. Also spell casting wont matter much cuz of -spell% which would ruin dps more. It still is useless even for the spell casting powers because of that.

Still, #BuffBreezeHand. This along with inferno, maybe Pure (Debating because of the recent pure cancer builds, but I dont find it okay that pure gets outclassed in pretty much everyway except for in cancer builds by a legendary that is only 5 levels above it, so "Its just meant for midgame" arguments my ass), and some other items should be buffed in all honesty.

Pure just needs a bit more damage
