It ramps up really high near the end. It should be more gradual imo.

2. This was a lesson in why I shouldn't die and build up a backlog like this.
3. So I have 2 plots in storage at a given moment - the region plot and the overall. I've mainly just been holding them to wait and see if someone would trip on them, but it's clear that approach isn't working and I should have just gone with a plot tailored around every character and their choices. Sorry about that.

It sort of sounds like a dragon, in the way that a human sounds like an ogre:
It's clearly being made by the same type of voice and throat, it's just fundemantally different in a way. This massive roar has sort of shattered glass undertone to it that a dragon doesn't have. Overall it's much deeper.

Yeah it's not very convincing. Well, it might be to some people -

There are some very scared-looking grown-ups running away, and they're not being nice when they do it.

Yup, tremors have gotten worse. Despite the massive explosion last night, this seems to be the tipping point for metropolitan chaos.
Some guy rushes up to you, leaning down and grabbing you by the shoulders.
"AAAAAIIIt's the riverthrone all over again! We're all gonna die!"

Another tremor goes through the city, and people seem to be starting to panic. In the tense atmosphere, she doesn't even notice you.
She rounds quite a few different blocks in a pattern clearly designed to throw off a trail - she's slacking off on it, and you probably wouldn't lose her anyway - before entering an alley, knocking on a wall in a specific pattern, and opening some kind of secret passage.

It’s mostly just that nothing major has happened so far and the response time is quite sporadic. I just think it might be easier on HTM to handle one less player too.
